Privacy policy

TourneyStation does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We use account, tournament, and contact information only to operate the service — for example to run brackets, show public live boards, deliver optional match notices, process payments, and provide support.

Tournament records and outcomes are retained so directors, venues, and platform admins can review completed events. Temporary player match links expire after a short period and are not kept forever.

Service providers we use for hosting, authentication, email, SMS, or payments process data only as needed to provide those services under their own agreements with us.
